Impact Futures is looking for an enthusiastic Relationships Engagement Partner to join our Relationships team!

The Role:

The Relationship Engagement Partner plays a vital role in driving engagement across our key clients by fostering strong
relationships with employers and employees at site level promoting apprenticeship and professional development opportunities.

You will act as a key liaison, supporting learner engagement, enhancing the client experience, and helping to grow learner numbers
in alignment with our strategic goals. Your influence will directly impact growth of our client accounts, customer retention, and
overall learner success

The role will involve:
- Lead and support client-focused campaigns to increase learner lead generation within key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at both operational and senior levels to support long-term client engagement.
- Represent Impact Futures by confidently promoting apprenticeships and commercial training services across client sites and
events.
- Achieve agreed learner volume and engagement targets across a client portfolio.
- Provide insightful information, advice and guidance to clients and prospective learners.

About You:

Qualifications:
- A-C GCSE Maths, English and ICT or equivalent
- Full, clean drivers licence and willingness to travel with flexibility for occasional overnight stays

Experience and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and stakeholder engagement within a B2B environment.
- Proven success in sales, business development or employer engagement, ideally within the education or apprenticeships.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the further education and skills sector.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and campaign performance tracking.
