Location: London (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
Permanent or Contract (Day Rate Option)
£50,000 – £55,000 per annum or £215/day (contract)

Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects? We’re working with a leading contractor seeking a skilled individual to join their team at the pre-construction phase, contributing to competitive and accurate electrical tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical installations, materials, and labour.

  
  

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to accurately scope project requirements.

  
  

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

  
  

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.

  
  

• Prepare and submit complete tender documentation.

  
  

• Produce clear and concise reports to support estimating and tender processes.

  
  

• Assess project risks and explore value engineering opportunities.

  
  What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the commercial fit-out sector.

    
    

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, industry standards, and best practices.

    
    

  • Ability to analyse technical documentation and accurately estimate project costs.

    
    

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

    
    

  • Proficiency in estimating software and related tools.

    
    

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for risk and opportunity.
