Hourly Rate: £22.50

Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking to work in a supportive, person-centred environment? Our client’s welcoming nursing home for older adults is seeking a dedicated nurse to join their team and provide high-quality care for residents with complex needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Current registration with the NMC as an RGN or RMN
- Demonstrated experience in a nursing home or similar environment
- Proficient clinical skills and knowledge of elderly care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work efficiently in a team and independently
- Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents during the night shift
- Perform regular assessments of residents' health and well-being
- Dispense medications and treatments as per prescription
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to devise and execute individualised care plans
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
- Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Offer support and guidance to junior staff members
