Bluestone's Housekeeping department is seeking a Deputy Head of Department to assist in overseeing the strategic aims of Accommodation Services. The successful candidate will support the Head of Accommodation Services in leading a large-scale operational department that delivers exceptional cleanliness and presentation across over 400 lodges, central buildings, and staff facilities. You will help coordinate and manage a workforce of 400 people, playing a key role in weekly changeovers, deep cleans, central linen operations, and more. You will be a resilient, confident leader who thrives under pressure, manages people effectively, and supports the delivery of high standards through innovation, teamwork, and a focus on continuous improvement. This is a full-time and permanent role on a 40 hour contract and requires extensive experience within the hospitality industry at a senior management level.
