About this role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Process Analyst within the Project Delivery Team. This is a 9-month fixed-term appointment.

The Project Delivery Team in Transformation and Improvement Services includes experienced programme managers, project managers, business analysts and project support staff who support the delivery of major University change programmes. Our current focus is the Student Information System (SIS) project, with a key deliverable being to implement a new student information system for UWE Bristol. The SIS project plan has an approved go-live date for early 2026.



About you

You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary SIS Project Delivery team, collaborating with other business analysts and contributing to a variety of activities that support the project's success. We're looking for someone who enjoys documenting procedures and their supporting processes, ensuring that they are clear and easy to follow by others. If you have experience creating user-friendly documentation, working within multi-disciplinary teams, and bringing strong communication skills to your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Interviews are tentatively scheduled to take place week commencing 11 August 2025, at our Frenchay campus.



Shortlisting is expected to be completed within 2 weeks of the closing date depending on application volumes. We aim to give candidates at least a week's notice to attend interview.

This role is a fixed-term post for 9 months (end date dependent on start date), working 37 hours per week.




This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.

This role is therefore campus based for at least 2 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.
