An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Haemoglobinopathy Improvement Project in North West and South West London, contributing to the enhancement of Sickle Cell community services. As a Haemoglobinopathies Hyper Acute unit Auditor, you will play a key role in managing and analysing audit data to support clinical service improvement initiatives, and the submission of key outcome metrics for regional projects.
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable individual with strong data management and analytical skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple organisations. The successful candidate will support the implementation of systems for collecting and reporting data, playing a crucial part in the commissioning decisions made by NHS England and the North West London and South West London ICBs.

The post will have an Honorary contract with St Ge.orge's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
• Support the respective clinical team to collate accurate Haemoglobinopathy auditing information
• Submit audit data as part reporting and presentation on the North West London and South West London Haemoglobinopathy Community Improvement Projects in relation to the Hyper Acute Unit
• Provide NHS England and NIHR requested audit data returns relating to Red Cell patient care
• Audit and update the National Haemoglobinopathy Registry with patient details in region
• Support the identification of quality issues and clinical risks
• Provide cover as required across the wider Data Management team
• Build relationships with all service providers in network to enable delivery of outcome metrics of the service improvement project
