Crynodeb
To provide a high quality service which complies with relevant legislation and NHS Employment check standards. To be honest and learn from mistakes, and help to create a no-blame culture were people feel able to share and learn from experiences together. Support and develop junior staff, act as a role model and lead the way to excellent care. Lead Board/MDT rounds (SAFER), delegate explicit roles and responsibilities. Keep up to date with Organisational developments, service delivery, clinical and administratively. Adhere to the NMC code, Trust protocols, procedures,Job description and Contract. Have an awareness of Budget and expenditure, not wasteful of resources. Be competent at using and supervising a wide range of specialised Equipment and confident with training. Support Staff in reflection, and critical thinking/learning. Work alongside the ward manager to develop your own knowledge and skills. Follow NMC Documentation guidance, alongside TSDHCFT Policies, and stay up to date with the Trusts Innovative IT systems.
