Are you a hardworking and reliable labourer looking for a contract opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a busy new build housing site in Middlesbrough. If you're ready to get stuck in and contribute to a dynamic project, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a labourer on our site, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various trades and ensuring the smooth running of the construction process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Moving materials and equipment safely and efficiently around the site.
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople with their daily tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, clearing debris, and organizing designated areas.
  • Supporting general site setup and logistical needs.
  • Strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Carrying out other general site duties as directed by site management.
Requirements

We need someone who is:

  • Experienced in general labouring, ideally within a construction or housing site environment.
  • Holds a valid CSCS card.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Is physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
