Summary
Site-Based Cleaning Manager - Bristol, BS2 Area
Pay Rate - £14.74 Per Hour
Working Hours: 9.30am - 17.30pm (40 hours per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site-Based Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at our multi storey office building. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log jobs on internal system training will be provided
- Answer jobs that have been logged
- Deal with any reactive jobs throughout the day
- Some cleaning may be required
- Provide ongoing training and support to the wider team
- Handover to evening supervisor with any outstanding tasks
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning checklists, incidents, and inspections.
- Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and periodic tasks.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial cleaning role.
- Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and cleaning best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
