• Salary: £25,450 - £30,130 (depending on experience)
• Late Shift: 15:00 - 01:00
• Salary: £29,400 - £34,100 (depending on experience)

We're recruiting experienced Production / Machine Operators for permanent roles on either our early or late shift. With a 4-day working week, competitive pay, and a clear path for progression, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a modern, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC and woodworking machinery in a fast-paced setting
• Set up and run Weinig machines (moulders, planers, profilers, etc.)
• Monitor production quality and maintain operational efficiency
• Follow health & safety protocols and production procedures
Requirements:
• CNC machine operating experience is essential
• Experience with Weinig machinery highly desirable
• Background in high-volume manufacturing or timber/MDF production
• FLT Combi or Sideloader licences are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Own transport required due to location and shift hours
