Summary
Introduction:
To help make natural skin care products here in Weedon, Northamptonshire.
Hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, with 30 min lunch break each day.
The role includes loading bowls with cream and butters, very much like working in a restaurant kitchen.
Involves pouring salves, deodorant mixing and pouring, filling jars with cream.
Clean working environment, does involve a fair bit of physical work and can be a bit manic at times so the role requires a tenacious individual with a care for detail, watching the quality of what is being poured and made whilst making the products.

The Role in more detail:
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with small-scale manufacturing, catering, or kitchen experience. You’ll play a key part in our daily production, working closely with raw materials and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating simple production equipment (e.g. mixers, filling equipment)
Hand pouring and packaging skincare products
Weighing and measuring raw ingredients accurately
Cleaning and maintaining production areas and equipment
Labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch
Following safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistently
About You:
Physically fit – the role involves standing for long periods and some lifting
Diligent, careful, and precise – attention to detail is essential
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Able to follow instructions and work well in a small team
Previous experience in a manufacturing, catering, or kitchen environment is desirable
