Team Leader
A leading contractor based in the South Coast is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the busiest contractors in Hampshire with over 20 years' experience as one of the paramount contractors on the South coast.
About the role of Team Leader
This contractor traditionally specialises in framework schemes across the education, healthcare, MOD & social housing sector, traditionally valuing between £500k - £15M. The role of Team Leader will be based out of their Head Office in Portsmouth.
Responsibilities for Team Leader
- Proactive diary co-ordination, travel arranging, produce itineraries.
- Provide support and training for the office team offering mentorship and guidance as and when required.
- Ensure compliance and business procedure is thoroughly trained and carried out by team member.
- Collaboratively work across other departments.
Requirements for Team Leader
- Previous experience within the construction industry is advantages
- A positive and versatile attitude is essential and ability to operate in a ever changing environment with tight deadlines
- A team player attitude and natural approach is fundamental
