An established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a public sector refurbishment project in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured team on a live site, delivering high-quality work in a sensitive, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live hospital refurbishment
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and programme delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and infection control protocols
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams
- Maintain quality assurance and site documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects in live environments
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certified
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage RAMS, H&S, and QA processes
- Experience working with healthcare clients is highly desirable
