Summary
To operate a 3 metre Manual Turning Lathe to manufacture parts with precision and accuracy. Including Screw cutting & Boring.
Be able or be will to be trained in CNC Setting/Turning on Funuc Programme (G code )
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Set up tooling and fixtures for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
Conduct regular inspections of machined components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in the production process.
