What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced teachers and inclusion staff to help pupils access learning, both inside and outside of the classroom. Your duties will include:

• Providing in-class support across a range of subjects
• Running small group interventions for students who need extra help
• Offering targeted one-to-one support for pupils with SEND, SEMH, or EAL needs
• Supporting lesson preparation and classroom resources
• Helping to maintain a focused, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils, helping raise confidence and aspirations

Whether you studied English, Psychology, Maths, Art, History, or Science — your subject knowledge and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to the school and its pupils.
