Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stonemason for a temporary 8–10 week assignment in Edinburgh City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a heritage restoration project in one of the city's most iconic locations.
Pay & Benefits:

- Temporary assignment lasting 8–10 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing all aspects of stonemasonry, including shaping, dressing, and laying stone
- Restoring and conserving existing stonework on listed buildings
- Interpreting technical drawings and following detailed specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Liaising with site supervisors and heritage professionals to ensure quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a stonemason
- Skilled in both traditional and modern stonemasonry techniques
- Experience with heritage or conservation projects is preferred
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
