Summary

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for Production / Clean Room Operators to join a well-established and growing automotive manufacturer based in Abergavenny.

We are looking for an individuals with a background in manufacturing, ideally with previous machine operating experience, who are comfortable working in a clean room or high-precision production environment.

Salary: £12.86 per hour
Shift Pattern:

• Days: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00am - 6:00pm and Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Nights: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm - 6:00am
• Rotating weekly between days and nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Feeding raw materials into machinery
• Operating machinery and adjusting settings to maintain quality output
• Assembling components on a production line
• Labelling and packaging finished products
• Conducting quality checks using basic measuring tools
• Maintaining clean and safe working conditions
• Following all health and safety procedures and site protocols
• Supporting general housekeeping duties in the production area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling tasks
• Mechanically minded and capable of learning new equipment quickly
• Able to work independently and remain productive under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Experience operating machinery or working in a cleanroom is desirable
