Summary

Are you an experienced Quality professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're hiring in Bedford, we need a Regional Quality Officer to join our team. You'll be working 37.5 hrs a week, Monday to Friday, hybrid and paid upto £45,000 per annum. This role also comes with a car allowance and it will involve regional travel.

Purpose of the role

As a Regional Quality Officer, you'll be a vital part of our Southern Quality team, helping to uphold the integrity of our operations across multiple sites including Bedford, Haverhill, Basingstoke, Dartford and Slough. Maintaining high standards across warehousing and transport operations, you'll support the maintenance of compliance with GDP guidelines, ISO standards and client expectations across multiple sites within your region.

How you'll make an impact as a Quality Officer at Movianto:

· Lead and support quality activities across our Southern region sites.

· Promote compliance with DSP, ISO9001, ISO1385 and ISO14001 standards.

· Act as the primary point of contact for day to day quality queries and escalation.

· Manage and investigate deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and oversee CAPA actions.

· Monitor and review temperature data to maintain storage compliance.

· Deliver training on quality processes and GDP requirements to operational teams.

· Conduct and support internal audits and prepare sites for external inspections and client audits.

· Champion our Quality Management System and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

· Assist with document control, SOP reviews and control sign offs.

What it will take to thrive as a Quality Officer at Movianto:

·3+ years' experience in a quality role within an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified environment.

· Strong understanding of GDP guidelines and quality standards in a regulated industry (pharma/healthcare preferred).

· Hands-on experience with QMS systems, audits, and compliance frameworks.

· Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

· A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to drive change.
