Crynodeb
The Strategic Estates department is responsible for ensuring that the Trusts buildings and facilities contracts are managed and maintained effectively, this ensuring the Trusts estate is fit for purpose and safe for any visitors or staff to work in, visit or use, and that all matters relating to the estate are legally compliant. The Strategic Estates department is also responsible for the ongoing review of the current estate, in conjunction with other departments within the Trust, to ensure that any buildings in use, is required, is appropriately used and continues to represent the best value. The department is also responsible for the strategic provision of new buildings, Make Ready Centres, ARCPs, EOC etc to support the delivery of front-line services.
