Summary
Spring Recruitment Solutions LTD looking for experienced and professional Business Development Manager to identify, develop and close new business opportunities.
Tasks required by this job include:
The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify, act, upon and win new business
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering & exceeding targets, have excellent communication skills across a variety of mediums & be adept at building strong relationships to maximise on income generated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively
Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Skills and Experience:
• A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously.
