Summary
Key responsibilities: providing a service to adults with acquired disorders of communication and swallowing undertaking diagnosis, assessment and treatment of patients with a range of speech, voice, communication and swallowing disorders. liaising and offering advice as appropriate to a variety of professionals responsible for the daily organisation of sessions. demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. working with disorders of dysphagia (must have undertaken, or be prepared to undertake, post graduate training ) must hold a 1st degree level qualification or equivalent and be registered with HCPC and should be a member of RCSLT.
