Crynodeb
To provide nursing services to patients on the practice list, including assessment, advice within the professional competence of the post holder, screening and treatment. Extra training will be provided for new duties undertaken and required. The post holder will work in accordance with NMC Code of Conduct.Providing care directly to patients without referral via another senior nurse or doctor. To undertake general nursing duties within the nursing team, including: Cervical cytology screening Chronic disease management particularly respiratory Childhood and adult immunisations Wound care and dressings Contraception advice and pill checks Diabetes with Warwick diploma or similar Immunisations and Baby Immunisations Health promotion and patient education
