Crynodeb
Main Duties: This role will be supporting a 14 year old girl in accessing the community and engaging in social activities. Assistance with personal care may also be required.
Experience – Our young person lives with a form of Epilepsy, knowledge or awareness would be preferable, however, full training can be provided.
Hours of Work: Hours to be agreed flexibly between employer/employee, to potentially include weekends during school holidays.
DBS: Successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, there will be no cost to applicant.
