Summary
Job Title: Banksman

Salary: £20.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Immediately

Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Banksman to support a live construction site in Wickford, Essex. This short-term role is ideal for a reliable and qualified individual who can work safely and effectively in a busy site environment.

Duties Include:
- Directing vehicles and plant machinery safely on site
- Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and workers in active areas
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Maintain high standards of punctuality and a professional attitude
Requirements:
- A valid CPCS/NPORS card
- Own PPE
- Prior experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall
- Reliable, punctual and able to work unsupervised
