Circa £42,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are proud to be working with our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Cambridgeshire, to recruit an experienced and driven Engineering CMMS / Stores Lead.

The Role:
As Engineering CMMS / Stores Lead, you will support the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective maintenance operations by managing planning, systems, and engineering stock.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, preparing, and coordinating maintenance tasks, resources, and schedules
- Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Facilities teams to optimise maintenance strategies
- Using CMMS tools for maintenance planning, reporting, and decision-making
- Managing critical engineering stores and ensuring parts availability, either directly or via third-party suppliers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in Engineering Planning, Maintenance Admin, or CMMS-based roles
- A background in a manufacturing environment (FMCG or food preferred but not essential)
- Strong computer skills, including CMMS software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work cross-functionally with excellent communication skills
- Previous hands-on experience with engineering or maintenance scheduling would be highly beneficial
