Health & Safety Advisor required to join a regional civil engineering contractor, overseeing projects up to £30M across the South West. Working on framework projects for key clients with a strong pipeline of works across the region.
This role will be reporting into the Health & Safety Manager and working closely alongside the operational teams based on site, you will be responsible for ensuring all compliance & works is following the standard UK legislation across projects and throughout the business. As Health & Safety Advisor, you will be joining a longstanding Health & Safety team, working together to create a positive culture surrounding Health & Safety via campaigns, and events to promote the business's H&S standards and culture.
This Health & Safety Advisor role is with a busy contractor who specialises in dynamic and complex civil engineering projects nationwide. Traditionally works include heavy infrastructure and earthworks. Key attributes for the right individual will include previous experience within a civil engineering or construction contractor, strong knowledge surrounding Health & Safety standards and legislation, a natural leading nature and drive for training and development is strongly desired.
Offering a competitive salary & package for the right candidate including salary up to £55,000 + company car & package.
