Hours: 30/36 Per week; Flexible to work Days & Nights; We can offer contracts that work over 3/4 days, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Hourly Rate/Hour: £21 - £25 (Depending on stable employment record, current UK nursing home experience, clinical skills relevant to elderly care, Knowledge of CIW regulations, and staff management skills)

About You
We are looking for a RGN with valid NMC PIN, with 5 years of post qualification experience and 3 years of current experience in a nursing home in the UK, and a genuine commitment to adhering to NMC code of practice.
Responsibilities and Duties
To take responsibility for our residents' well-being, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
To promote our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect.
Leading, motivating and mentoring the care team.
