Summary
We are passionate about creating tailored education programmes that help children and young people across Kent reach their potential.
We are currently seeking dedicated Functional Skills Tutors to provide one-to-one support in Maths, English, and Science (KS2-KS4) throughout the Maidstone area. While experience across all key stages or subjects is not essential, most students we support are at KS3+, although many may be working below this level.
We are searching for compassionate, adaptable educators who can deliver personalised tuition to students unable to access full-time education for various reasons.
Many of our learners have SEND or SEMH needs, and some have been out of school for extended periods, often facing emotional barriers to learning. That's why we need Tutors who are patient, empathetic, and committed to helping students re-engage with education-whether that's reintegration into school or an alternative pathway.
