Pay rate: £13.75 per hour PAYE
An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
The role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and organised Administrator to support the Commissioning Manager to monitor, develop and improve service delivery of the contract.
You will provide contract and performance monitoring, interpretation, analysis and reporting of data to ensure the contract is delivering to the agreed target, provide support to ensure relevant reporting and management information is prepared and shared with both internal and external partner as well as being responsible for the management, administration and updating of a range of databases.
Key responsibilities:
Support Commissioning Manager with contract performance, monitoring, and reporting
Gather, analyse, and interpret performance data from multiple sources
Produce routine monitoring and performance reports for internal and external partners
Attend regular partnership meetings
Support and provide ad hoc data analysis as needed
Assist with projects and initiatives for partner organisations
Administer various databases, such as IRIS, and administer the PIN system (training provided)
Maintain and update IRIS documents section
Help draft and compile regular bulletins for prescribers
Support commissioning and tendering activities
Assist with invoice and payment processing
Ensure data handling follows legal and confidentiality guidelines
Promote equality, fairness, and dignity in all duties
This post will require some travel around the County and you will therefore have to be able to travel when required
What the client is looking for:
Educated to A level or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience
A minimum of two years’ experience of data collection, analysis, interpretation and production of reports
Familiarity with financial reporting
High-level of IT skills with competence and aptitude in range of applications, in particular Microsoft Excel and to include other bespoke or proprietary systems (training provided)
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis
Strong analytical and interpretative data skills with ability to understand and produce clear, concise and coherent reports, highlighting issues and trends
Excellent influencing and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
