Early Years Educator
We are a PVI Pre-School, we run out of a Church Hall based in Elstow village for children aged 2yrs up to 5yrs of age and we are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team, this position is TERM TIME ONLY , with your salary paid pro-rata over 12 months.
Below are the MUST have and PREFERRED requirements:
You MUST have a minimum of an NVQ/BTAC LEVEL 3 Diploma recognised qualification in Early Years.
You MUST have a good grasp of spoken and written English
We would PREFER you to have experience of working as a key person with a group of children in the 2 -4 years age range.
We would PREFER you to have experience of taking observations and writing up brief Wow moment notes on children's learning journals.
Hours of work are Mondays, Tuesdays, Weds & Fridays 8:30am to 3:10pm with a 30 min unpaid lunch break, Thursdays 3 hours for staff meetings/planning etc..
We are a pack away setting so on Weds and Friday’s all staff help to pack away starting from 3:10pm to approx. 3:40pm
We are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
