Crynodeb
Our client is happy 5-year-old male with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Our client needs a personal assistant to support mum with exercises, so you will need to be hands on. Our client can be quite emotional when these excercises are taking place. Our client would also like someone to entertain them in the house take them for walks on occasion. You will need to push the client chair. Some personal care may also be required. Our client enjoys TV, piano, toy cars, cards and sitting on his big, inflated exercise balls.
You must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work as well as patience as out client can at times repeat things throughout the day.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
Duties & Responsibilities
· Provision of personal care.
· Supporting with exercise stretches.
