A lovely family in Clapham, London is looking for an After-school Nanny to help them in caring for their toddler and school-aged child. The nanny should be a team player, working collaboratively with their full-time housekeeper. The older child attends nursery during school terms, so the role will involve school pick-ups, homework help, taking the children to activities, and general support. The family has a dog at home which needs some pet care duties so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role. The family go on occasional short trips and it would be ideal if the candidate can join them when they travel. They prefer someone who could speak the Spanish language.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, 20 hours per week. Full time hours during school holidays for 35 hours per week.
Duties include:
picking up children from nursery/school and taking them home
organising fun and stimulating age appropriate activities
arranging playdates
preparing snacks and dinner for the children
making sure the children are always happy and safe
helping with bath and bedtime routine
help with laundry and tidying up after the children
The family is seeking someone to hire in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
