Summary
The Lead Radiographer for X-ray and Fluoroscopy is an advanced practitioner responsible for the operational and clinical leadership of the X-ray and fluoroscopy service. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centred imaging while maintaining compliance with IR(ME)R, IRR, and other regulatory standards. The post holder will uphold Guernsey’s Health & Social Care (HSC) CARE values; Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence – in all aspects of service delivery. They will provide expert clinical supervision, drive service improvements, and support the professional development of Radiography staff.
