Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Roaming Catering Assistant to join our team, based at Brine Leas School and supporting other local schools in the Nantwich and Crewe area. This is a rewarding and flexible part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering excellent customer service in a school environment.
You’ll support catering operations by covering absences across multiple sites, helping with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining high hygiene standards in both front and back-of-house areas.
What We Offer:
- Part-time position: 16 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00am–2:00pm
- Friday: 10:30am–2:30pm
- Term-time only (35 working weeks) – enjoy regular school holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare basic food items such as sandwiches, grab-and-go options, and simple hot dishes
- Serve students and operate the till, ensuring friendly and efficient service
- Receive and store deliveries, keeping stock rotated and organised
- Carry out general cleaning duties in kitchen and service areas, maintaining hygiene standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS and full security vetting (essential)
- Previous catering experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
- A team player with a flexible, proactive attitude and strong customer service skills
