Whether you have a number of years experience as a recruiter already or an individual looking for his first steps in the industry, we have a role to suit you.
RGB has been established for over 25 years and is part of the Pertemps Network Group, which has an annual turnover of £1.3 billion in the UK.
The Role:
Working from our busy head office in Oval, You’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to closing deals. Expect hands-on training, real responsibility, and a focus on your growth.
Once trained, you’ll be:
- Managing your own market in the built environment space
- Placing candidates and generating monthly revenue
- Building relationships with clients and attending industry events
- Creating a strong personal brand on LinkedIn
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team culture
We’re Looking For:
- Ambition, resilience, and a drive to succeed
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
- Confidence to speak to clients and candidates
