Summary
VKCOMPANY LTD trading as TZATZIKI and is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure efficient stock management, and uphold our commitment to delivering authentic Greek cuisine with quality and sustainability. The Kitchen Manager will play a key role in managing inventory, preparing fresh and flavorful Greek dishes, and leading the management to consistently deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
Main duties include:
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and timely food preparation.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost efficiency and minimal waste.
• Collaborate with the management to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items that align with the brand’s authenticity and sustainability values.
• Manage kitchen scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolving any issues related to food quality or preparation.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in Kitchen Management or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various cuisines and passion for food authenticity.
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of food quality.
