We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team, providing essential care and support to clients across the Doncaster borough.
Working Patterns:
Woodfield 24 are looking for flexible workers to work a variety of shift patterns.
• Early shifts 07.00-15.00 and late shifts 14.00 – 22.00
• Weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Bank contracts available
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality personal care and specialist end of life support to patients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration and prompting.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in patient condition, home environment and risks.
• Support clients to remain as independent as possible whilst receiving personalised care.
• Drive safely and efficiently within Doncaster across the entire borough to meet patient needs effectively.
• Communicate effectively with patient’s, families, and the care team.
• To ensure the provision of care is to the highest of standards.
Requirements:
• Must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and business insurance suitable for care work.
• Ability/willingness to drive throughout the Doncaster borough.
• Experience in care work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or nights as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and dignity.
