Summary

We have a vacancy for a Senior Electoral Services Assistant to work within the Electoral Services Team, providing comprehensive administrative and technical support, along with taking the lead when required on key aspects of live election campaigns. You will be required to have a knowledge of the Civica Xpress Software or a similar IT system. Must hold the Association of Electoral Administrators.

Your main duties will include contact with members of the public, senior officers and councillors via telephone and email communication. Dealing with all aspects of Election and Registration administration, including electronic and hard copy filing, daily data inputting, arranging meetings and minuting of such.

Candidate Profile

You must have a good practical experience of providing comprehensive administrative support, willing to work under pressure through Elections and be part of a team. You must hold the Association of Electoral Administrators.
