Post Title: Family Key Worker
Location: Nairn
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 23 months
Salary: £38,474 - £41,714 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Under the guidance of a social worker or supervising manager, contribute to assessments of needs, risk assessments, care plans, task centred and crisis intervention initiatives and developing and sustaining relationships with individuals.

Requirements
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or professional qualification in Social
Work, Occupational Therapy, Education, Community Education,
Nursing or equivalent. - You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between
various work locations within Highland to meet the operational
requirements of the Service. - Proven experience of working with children and families affected by
disability.
