Workchain is currently looking for a 7.5 Tonne Driver in Walsall for a temporary position in the driving industry. Our leading client is looking for drivers who are available for 0700 - 0800 starts through till 1700 finishes. Most days you will be doing two runs most days. The first run will be loaded with car/ van/ lorry tyres for you but you may be expected to unload it yourself the second run you will assist with loading back at the depot and then unload yourself. at clients. IMMEDIATE STARTS! Key responsibilities:- Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to deliver goods to various locations- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers- Adhere to all road and safety regulations- Complete all necessary paperwork and logbooks- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicleQualifications required:- Valid UK driving license with category C1 entitlement- CPC qualification- Previous experience in a similar role- Good knowledge of Walsall and surrounding areas- Strong communication and customer service skillsPay rate: £13-14 per hourTo apply for this position, please visit workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
