No1 Auto Salvage Ltd are recruiting now for a Counter Customer Sales Assistant.
As a Counter Customer Sales Assistant will have one of the most important roles within the branch.
You will regularly be the first and last point of contact for customers visiting the branch so you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience.
Counter assistant required skills and experience:
Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, job card, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
Confident IT user, with experience of CRM and MS office could be a distinct advantage.
Own transport is essential
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable to work in a small team and on your self
Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
