Job Overview:
As an Agricultural Worker, you will play a vital role in the planting, maintenance, and harvesting of crops across our diverse seasonal operations. From vibrant tulips and sunflowers to our renowned pumpkin fields, you will help support the lifecycle of our produce while contributing to the aesthetic and functional upkeep of our farm spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planting and tending seasonal crops including tulips, sunflowers, and pumpkins.
• Hand-picking pumpkins during harvest season with care and efficiency.
• Performing general gardening tasks such as weeding, mulching, watering, and soil preparation.
• Assisting with preparation and maintenance of planting beds and crop rows.
• Supporting seasonal display preparations for public events.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Operating basic gardening equipment as required (with training provided).
• Carrying out ad hoc horticultural and groundskeeping tasks as instructed by supervisors.
Desirable Attributes:
• Experience in horticulture, farming, or outdoor manual work preferred but not essential.
• Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake various farm tasks as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to seasonal work schedules.
