The role: This is a key leadership role within our multidisciplinary team, combining expert clinical practice with service development, innovation, and team mentorship. As our Lead Physiotherapist you will help shape high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivery across complex care pathways. Key responsibilities include: Leading complex neuro and respiratory assessments and treatment. Integrating advanced technologies (robotics, EMG tools, digital monitoring). Driving service development, audits, and quality improvement. Supervising and mentoring physiotherapy staff and assistants. Acting as a key MDT contributor for goal setting and discharge planning. Delivering training, translating research, and fostering evidence-based practice.
