Randstad Student Support is actively seeking compassionate and highly skilled Specialist Mentors to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the organization, directly impacting student success.

Position description / Job description

  • Provide individualized academic and well-being support to students.
  • Assist students with time management, organization, and stress reduction.
  • Build students' confidence and guide them towards independence.
  • Maintain detailed student records and adhere to the DfE framework.
  • Foster a supportive and confidential environment for students.
  • Conduct both in-person and online support sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Randstad Student Support team.
  • Contribute to the overall success and well-being of students.

Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

  • Registered with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting students with mental health needs or disabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to student success and well-being.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advantage).
