Looking for a new challenge?
Come and work with Sense and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support and their families. You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full-time roles.

You will join our fantastic Supported Living Service in Louth, supporting 3 individuals with learning and/or sensory disabilities.

This is a permanent contract with hours available at 26 hours per week (shifts to be discussed at interview but vary between the hours of 7am to 11pm, one staff member sleeping in between the hours of 11pm -7am)

We are offering an hourly rates from £12.50 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.

*If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.

This role in Louth might include supporting people with:
Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Their social life and nightlife.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
