Join a friendly and client-focused team at a well-established firm of Solicitors! We're looking for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join this expanding, forward-thinking firm. Location is flexible: Huddersfield/Barnsley – with hybrid working.
Your Role:
To join the public team and represent prospective adopters and foster carers within adaption adoption proceedings. Also representing parents within care proceedings.
What They’re Looking For:
- Someone who is highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail,
ideally with at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and care proceedings.
- Good advocacy skills.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ambitious and eager to learn with a desire to develop their career within a growing
company
