Summary
Total Social are working with Wrexham County Borough Council who are looking for an experienced locum Adult's Social Worker for their Single Point of Access Team.
The Adults SPOA is the front door to Adult Social Care and responsible for screening and responding to all referrals made to the service, determining next steps, signposting and coordinating the offer of Information, Advice and Assistance, where possible
The team work in a collaborative and person centred way and require an experienced social worker who embodies the same values and principles. This is a hybrid role based in Crown Buildings, Wrexham and will require presence in the office 3 days a week with all the necessary technology and equipment to support home working the rest of the week
Any applicant interested would need to be able to meet these requirements and be able to respond from their home working should an emergency occur and office presence was needed.
