Summary
As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.
Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.
What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!
Joining us as a Senior Product Manager – Business, Government and Mobile

Manage and launch new product capabilities from concept to market
Track and manage the product P&L across the portfolio, including reporting and tracking of monthly volumes, revenues and performance against financial targets
Support major customer opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to key sales stakeholders; have regular customer engagement from bid support to collating feedback on new product roadmaps or products for launch
Support the management of vendor engagement or negotiations with relevant partners and / or suppliers
What you’ll bring to the role
You will have a strong background in Product Management with demonstrable success in managing product portfolios across the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll also have:
Experience managing teams of product managers and wider stakeholders engaging with the product function
Detailed knowledge of data connectivity products particularly Ethernet, business broadband and range of backhaul, exchange and ancillary services
Experience developing telecoms products for a range of end customer segments including Business ISP, and ideally mobile operators and public sector
