STOCK REDUCTION COORDINATOR

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Stocks Reduction Coordinator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Manchester.

ROLE: Stocks Reduction Coordinator

PAY RATE: £15.63/hr, circa £32,500 per annum

JOB TYPE: 18 months contract

LOCATION: Stretford, Manchester (M32)

HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based

THE ROLE:

  • Contact suppliers to discuss buy back of stock, buy or return agreements, auction and purchase of non-moving/overstock.
  • Work with the Fulfilment Centre of Expertise team to discuss buy back of stock, buy or return agreements, auction and purchase of non-moving/overstock.
  • Arrange supplier visits, providing data and information as appropriate to facilitate visits and conversations to agree the above.
  • Provide data and reports to facilitate discussions around inventory reduction e.g. min max recommendations.
  • Provide data and reports to ensure teams are fully updated on progress towards inventory reduction plan.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Experienced in project management and self-directing.
  • Experienced in inventory management principals.
  • Confident and competent in data manipulation/analysis and reporting.
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office and specifically Excel required, e.g. able to use Vlookup's and other functions to aid in producing reports and data analytics.
