STOCK REDUCTION COORDINATOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Stocks Reduction Coordinator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Manchester.
ROLE: Stocks Reduction Coordinator
PAY RATE: £15.63/hr, circa £32,500 per annum
JOB TYPE: 18 months contract
LOCATION: Stretford, Manchester (M32)
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based
THE ROLE:
- Contact suppliers to discuss buy back of stock, buy or return agreements, auction and purchase of non-moving/overstock.
- Work with the Fulfilment Centre of Expertise team to discuss buy back of stock, buy or return agreements, auction and purchase of non-moving/overstock.
- Arrange supplier visits, providing data and information as appropriate to facilitate visits and conversations to agree the above.
- Provide data and reports to facilitate discussions around inventory reduction e.g. min max recommendations.
- Provide data and reports to ensure teams are fully updated on progress towards inventory reduction plan.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Experienced in project management and self-directing.
- Experienced in inventory management principals.
- Confident and competent in data manipulation/analysis and reporting.
- Organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Intermediate skills with MS Office and specifically Excel required, e.g. able to use Vlookup's and other functions to aid in producing reports and data analytics.
