We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join our Law firm in Newcastle to undertake wills, probate and estate administration work and uphold exceptional standards of quality and client care.
Responsibilities
- Advise, assist and represent clients, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client
- care at all times
- Manage wills, probate, and estate administration work.
- Provide exceptional client care and maintain high-quality standards.
- Balance client caseload and non-casework responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Handle complex or high-value work with responsibility.
- Meet annual billing and performance targets; record chargeable/non-chargeable time.
- Collaborate with fee earners and support staff, contributing to a team environment.
- Stay updated with relevant legislation, case law, and professional development.
- Participate in supervision, addressing learning needs and maintaining competence.
- Contribute to business development through marketing, networking, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Comply with professional standards, regulations, and report any risks or issues.
